SPONSORS & GRANTS
Dedicated to securing financial support that advances the school's annual initiatives and long-term goals, by actively researching and applying for relevant grant opportunities, cultivate sponsorships to support key programs, and maintains an organized database of current and prospective funding sources. ​
MERCHANDISE
The Merchandise Committee is responsible for managing school spirit wear and designing seasonal items that promote and boost school pride and morale. The committee manages the online store, manages inventory levels, and ensures a timely delivery. Through attractive designs, strategic planning, and efficient operations, the committee generates revenue and fosters school spirit.
COMMUNICATIONS
Responsible for managing all internal and external communications and brand messaging for the FBHS Booster Club. This includes overseeing the website, official documentation, crafting public relations and marketing messages, maintaining a comprehensive community outreach database, and serving as a liaison between the booster club, parents, and school representatives. The committee also produces the club’s quarterly newsletter and ensures consistent, professional communication across all platforms.

BRANDING & DESIGN
Establishes cohesive and recognizable visuals for FBHS and BHES presence. This team develops the essential tools, templates, and design systems needed to support consistent visual communication. Our work is centered on establishing a strong, unified brand identity that reflects the spirit and mission of the FBHS Booster Club and Baldwin Hills Elementary. It is key this team works in tandem with the Communications team ensuring the message and visual impact are clear and aligned for the Booster team and Baldwin Hills.
FINANCE
Responsible for managing the FBHS financial activities with transparency and accuracy. Key duties include budgeting, tracking income and expenses, handling deposits and payments, maintaining financial records, and preparing regular reports for the board and members. The team ensures compliance with financial policies and procedures, supports fundraising efforts, and coordinates with event organizers to manage funds. The finance team plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health and accountability of the FBHS.
